Michele W. Barnett
Board Chairman
Michele is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University in Psychology and Social Work; with a Masters from Kentucky State University in Public Affairs - Personnel Management.
She is retired from corporate management and has a passion for eliminating barriers through collaborative solutions. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Project Director for AMWBBP. 
Krista A. Bullard
Board Member & Secretary
Krista is a graduate of Berea College with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Louisville's Kent School of Social Work. She is a Certified Social Worker with an interest in youth and community empowerment.
Krista works as a School Behavorial Social Worker employed by Centerstone Behavioral Health Services. She is 2nd generation Lead Coordinator for AMWBBP and its Marketing Manager.
Board Member
Gerald Neal is a Kentucky State Senator and attorney-at-law. He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1963 and Kentucky State University in 1967 with a B.A. in History and Political Science, and was later bestowed an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters. He received a J.D. in 1972 from the Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, and was later named the 2006 Distinguished Alumni Law Fellow.
Faye Owens
Board Member
Faye holds a Masters Degree in Education with multiple Certifications in the field of Education, Leadership and Principalship Administration. She is known for her exemplary career as an educator and a principal and is a motivator for youth and youth development.
She is active as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Moles, Inc., The Girlfriends, Inc.; and is a current consultant for The Lincoln Foundation, Inc.
Hancy Jones III
Board Member
Hancy holds 3 college degrees in Urban Planning, Engineering and Law. He is a retired federal prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney Office; and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Psi Boule Fraternity, Inc.
He has a strong interest in community uplift and in legacy-building through scholarships, youth development, empowerment, and the Arts.
